The trades are either Iron Condors or Vertical Credit Spreads via Options trades in the US equities market. Signals are generated for highly liquid options including:

Generally the trades come out every morning Monday through Friday that are trading days of the NYSE. If there are no trades, it is due to cautiousness of the market.

It depends. If you want to take all of the trades, you will need at least $20,000. However, you can select specific symbols and only take certain trades and do it with as little as $5000. Remember: Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

No. You can use whichever brokerage you choose (Robinhood, IB, etc., they all work). We prefer Tradier Brokerage for their pricing ($10/month is hard to beat!). You can also use the prop firm of your choice, though we prefer Trade Fundrr.
